4. Permissions & Access

5. Google Gmail Integration

By connecting your Gmail account to Auderly, you agree to the following:

Access & Usage

  • Auderly accesses your Gmail only to provide features you explicitly request
  • We read emails to display them within the app
  • We send emails only when you initiate the action
  • We never access Gmail data beyond what is necessary for the requested feature

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all emails sent through Auderly on your behalf
  • You agree not to use Auderly to send spam or unsolicited emails
  • You agree not to violate Gmail's Terms of Service through Auderly
  • You agree to use Gmail integration only for lawful purposes

Revoking Access

  • You can revoke Gmail access at any time via myaccount.google.com
  • Revoking access immediately stops all Gmail functionality in Auderly
  • Previously sent emails cannot be unsent after the action is completed

Compliance

  • Our Gmail integration complies with the Google API Services Terms of Service
  • Our use of Gmail data follows Google's Limited Use Policy
  • We do not share your Gmail data with any third parties

6. AI Limitations

Auderly:

  • May generate incorrect or incomplete responses
  • Should not be relied upon for medical, legal, or financial advice
  • Requires users to independently verify critical information

7. Intellectual Property

  • All app content, branding, and code belong to Auderly
  • You retain ownership of your personal data
  • You may not copy, redistribute, or modify the app without permission

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

Auderly is provided “as is”. We are not liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Service interruptions
  • Decisions made using AI-generated outputs
